Job Purpose
As a member of the Business Development Team in the Yogourt and Cultured division, the incumbent will support and help co-ordinate the development and execution of a variety of projects and initiatives, including identifying and implementing Project Management process improvements. The student will collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively planned, documented, communicated, and debriefed.
Responsibility
- Develop and populate a robust database to capture information pertaining to a range of projects.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities as they apply to project information gathering, templates, automation, storage and retrieval, analysis and reporting.
- Assists through information gathering from various sources to help determine project risks and supports the implementation of mitigation/ contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Develop communication templates and overviews to support project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Other tasks as required as they relate to BD Projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree/diploma (3rd or final year) in business administration, food technology or engineering with a focus on Project Management. Working towards CAMP designation an asset.
- High proficiency with standard office computer technology including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Workfront or similar Project Management Software.
- Good understanding of key Project Management tools and processes.
- Ability to work cross functionally and develop rapport with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, adept attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential materials with complete discretion.
- Resourceful for problem solving and resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual French / English an asset but not required.

Compensation:
As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $21 - $22.50.
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
