Job Purpose

In conjunction with the Marketing Director and the Fluid Division team, the Marketing Intern assists in various stages of marketing projects including media, digital and social communication, shopper activations, market & competition analyses.

Responsibility

  • Assist the team on the projects related to the product portfolio such as catalogues, online portal and website updates through follow-ups and ownership towards completing specific elements, in line with set deadlines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive and industry activity, and participate in making recommendations to maximize business performance.
  • Assist brand teams with development of presentation materials for launches: including but not limited to PowerPoint decks for sales team and customers, along with sales sheets and sampling logistics.
  • Support the project leads for promotional & branding campaigns from beginning to end while playing a key role as a liaison between brand team and the agencies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in business with a specialization in marketing or a related field of study
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficient with standard office computer technology including Microsoft Office Suite
  • NielsenIQ and/or research platform working knowledge would be an asset
  • Pro-active mind-set

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as function as a strong team player

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the salary range for this position is: 21$ – 24$ per hour. 

Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
