Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering high volume recruitment support across Canada, with a focus on frontline/hourly roles, entry‑volume recruitment support across Canada, with a focus on frontline/hourly roles, entrylevel‑level salaried positions, and overflow support for student hiring. This role plays a key part in executing targeted recruitment initiatives, organizing local talent attraction engagements, and developing multi‑channel sourcing campaigns. Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader Talent Acquisition team, the Specialist ensures hiring targets are met through proactive planning, strong relationship management, and consistent recruitment activity tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Community Engagement
- Organize and coordinate targeted recruitment events such as job fairs, community hiring events, and on‑site hiring days to attract qualified talent.
- Develop targeted, multimedia candidate attraction campaigns to support ‑media candidate attraction campaigns to support high

- Partner with salaried Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR teams, and local site leaders to ensure strong employer brand presence at community events and to build pipelines for current and future talent needs.
Full-Cycle High Volume Recruitment
- Manage high volume recruitment activities across Canada for frontline/hourly roles, entry‑volume recruitment activities across Canada for frontline/hourly roles, entrylevel salaried positions, and student hiring overflow as required‑level salaried positions, and student hiring overflow as required.
- Conduct screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer management with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment plans aligned to hiring targets, timelines, and evolving business needs.
Recruitment Reporting & Tracking
- Organize, track, and maintain high volume‑volume recruitment activity using Microsoft Excel and ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Provide recurring updates to business stakeholders through weekly meetings, dashboards, and hiring progress reports.
- Monitor and report on key TA metrics including time-to‑to‑hire, source of hire, funnel conversion rates, and talent pipeline strengths.
Labour Market Insights & Employer Brand Reporting
- Present labour market trends and talent attraction insights to business leaders to support workforce planning.
- Evaluate the performance of employer brand initiatives and share recommendations for optimization and future opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-volume‑volume recruitment environment.
- Biingual, french and english
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with experience tracking high volumes of recruitment activity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data tracking, reporting).
- Travel will be required for local job fair/recruitment events 1-2 times per quarter (primarily regional within province of base location)
Preferred:
- Post‑secondary university degree; Human Resources specialization is considered an asset.
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System; SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting community engagement initiatives or employer brand programs.

Compensation:
As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $70,100.00–$87,600.00 .
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
