Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator provides support to the Division by managing the flow of information, ensuring critical milestones are communicated, and optimizing internal reporting and processes.This position helps execute the Lactalis sales strategy to drive profitable growth and create wealth for the organization consistent with the mission, vision, and core values. 

Responsibility

  1. Together with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will ensure critical documents are produced, maintained, and distributed for day-to-day business management.
  2. Maintain and update a critical milestone calendar capturing processes including, but not limited to, budget planning, price increases, innovation, long term planning, and corporate business reviews.  
  3. Ensure project timelines are on track by regularly updating the team on upcoming tasks and highlighting any concerns.
  4. Using data from multiple sources (eg. BW, SAP, Nielsen, Customer data portals), generate reporting which will allow the team to effectively review the data for insights and make sound decisions quickly.
  5. Develop new tools, processes and resources that can help reduce communication delays or errors which will increase efficiency and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

  • University Degree.
  • Minimum two (2) years of project planning and execution experience in a sales environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential materials with complete discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $55,700.00 - $69,600.00

Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
