From your Expertise to ours

 

The Senior Consumer Insight Manager LNPF core responsibilities will consist of being a Business Partner to the LNPF divisions he/she supports and leading the research conversations with Marketing, R&D, Sensory, and Quality leadership, identifying how to answer research questions, executing all research projects, and partnering with the internal Business Partners to activate the research and impact the business strategy and growth. 

 

He/she will be responsible for all types of ad hoc research including innovation/renovation/brand development projects, sensory research, pack testing, BHT, copy testing, and strategic foundational research. On the LNPF perimeter, he/she will work on iconic brands such as La Laitière or Nescafé, but also Yaos, Siggi’s, Aero or Fruttolo.

 

This perimeter covers the following country scope: France, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. 

 

Main Responsibilities include the following:

 

  1. Partnering and building relationships with LNPF local and European leadership teams
  2. Lead in establishing Consumer Insights as a strategic business partner.
  3. Lead and be fully accountable for strategic and foundational ad hoc market research projects.
  4. Vendor Management.
  5. Manage, support, and communicate the Global team research missions.
  6. Develop and coach more junior members of the CMI team.

 

This position is based in Paris (Héron Tower)

You have at least 15 years in Consumer Insight roles in Market research agencies or on client side operating in CPG. 

 

Client side experience is required.

  • Ability to work with panel data would be a plus
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional networking environment
  • Mobility: trips for attending meetings and fieldworks in Europe
  • Experience with multiple research methodologies, qual and quant.
